Download New USPS Postage Rates for 12-May-2008
The USPS has announced new rates effective May 12, 2008.
If you have NPD Version 3.50 or later you can download the new rates by clicking below. You must download the rate file, NPDUSPS.ZIP, to your NPD folder, which is usually C:\NPD01. This will only work if you save the file in your NPD folder. Beginning around January 2, the Presort Summary will ask you if you want to use the new rates. Starting with May 12, use of the new rates is automatic.

Download NPD CD 3.60
Click below and download the NPD CD Zip file. Save file in My Documents\NPD CD. If you do not have a that folder, create new folder by clicking on the folder icon with the red start at the upper right corner of the menu box. Then click on that new folder to move within it. Then click one Save at the bottom left of the menu.
Once download has been completed, close your Internet Explorer. Open up Windows Explorer and go to My Documents\NPD CD. Highlight the file NPD.zip, right click the mouse and select Extract All. This will create another folder called NPD. To install NPD, go into that folder and click on SETUP.EXE.
